This card game is still a work in progress. Inspired from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-eight_(card_game). It is known by "29" in some countries and by "28" in some other.
The NodeJS server is started on one of the player's node using the following command:
$ node server.js
Players are added currently using the webpage and upto 4 players can be added. Each player gets a hand of cards which are valid playing cards for the game of 29.
Players play a card of their choice and can play in order of their turns.
