Builds Ipopt and dependencies via Nix
This is mostly based on the Installing Ipopt section of the Ipopt documentation.
Note that Ipopt depends on multiple packages each with their own licenses. See below for a list of related repositories.
nix-build derivations/ipopt-3_14.nixPlease review each dependency listed here and ensure the licenses are compatible with your use case.
