Publishes a Homebrew formula instead of a cask.

Casks cannot integrate with brew services and flag their downloads with
com.apple.quarantine, which is what the ad-hoc codesign hook worked around.
Formulae need neither and work on Homebrew for Linux exactly as on macOS.
