This is the correct tag for the officially-released Open MPI v1.8.7

tarball.

The "v1.8.7" tag is unfortunately incorrect (i.e., it's on a commit
that does not represent the officially-release Open MPI v1.8.7
tarball).  Git [intentionally] makes it quite difficult to update tags
in a public repo, so we're just going to live with the bad tag.

However, we feel that it is important to have a correct tag for
historical reasons.  As such, this tag ("v1.8.7-actual") therefore
represents what was released as the actual Open MPI v1.8.7 tarball.

Start of the v2.x branch

Version 1.8.6

Tag for the beginning of the v1.10 branch.

This tag is mainly for "git describe" reasons: so that nightly
tarballs created off the v1.10 branch will have a v1.10-related tag in
the name.
