The package can be installed via:

devtools::install_github("cavios/coastMDT/coastMDT")

Or without devtools via: coastMDT depends on the following packages:

ncdf4
smoothie
fields
FNN
raster
sp
akima

please install these before installing the coastMDT package

install.packages("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cavios/coastMDT/master/coastMDT_0.0.1.tar.gz")
