Remove sudo

Minor update to remove sudo prefixes in favour of requiring this to be run with root privs.
This will cause less noise in auth.log.

Update README.md

Build report without using temp file

No longer use temp file to build up the report; might help on a system
having filesystem problems.
Multiple destination email addresses now possible
