Cleaned up documentation

Some JavaDoc comments had @return only and no description.

Remove BIN folder

Fixed Tests and added Functionality

Fixed JsonFormat when loading from classpath
Added reset to Assets to clear all sources and formats
Updated all Tests to add the formats and sources, then reset at the end
of the test
