  Add new -b <filename> option
  Add -o "<dsd options>" pass any dsd options you want to be in the batch file.

Print recommended dsdplus options on one line

  Print a one line version of the options to allow for easer cut and paste.
  Will also be adding the creation of a batch file see Issue #3
