Add easol fork suffix to package version (#17)

Publish as 0.9.19-alpha.3-easol.1 so the npm version keeps the upstream
base (0.9.19-alpha.3) visible while marking it as an easol fork build.
The trailing easol.N counter lets us republish fork-only changes at the
same upstream base. Ruby gem version.rb is unchanged (not published here).
