Complete support for config file schemas

We have achieved everything we initially setup to do.

This is a major milestone.

From here one, we will be working on refactoring, making
the syntax simpler, and some tools to aid working with
the config files, etc.

Nested blocks properly identified by our framework.

erlcfg is almost fully compliant with its initial set goals.
