installed in /usr/bin on magpi
basic commands:
- start behaviors that should be running: rpioperantctl -s
- kill behaviors that should not be running: rpioerantctl -k
for argument see pyoperantctl -h

rpioperantctl is installed in /usr/bin on magpi
