work by exit code, and a recorded end-to-end run.

Scored against its own sealed repo rubric: baseline 14/20, two rounds, 18/20
with three independent Codex scorers agreeing at zero per-axis divergence. The
verdict gate still withholds PASS because a counterexample satisfies all five
axes while shipping broken code — the missing axis is tracked for 0.2.0.
