In addition to ROOT and Geant4 (version 4.10), this simulation requires the Miniball simulation package (https://github.com/VinzenzBildstein/Miniball).
If you want to contribute to this program please create a fork and clone from that fork using 'git clone --recursive' to get all necessary submodules.
TRexGeant4 has the following input flags:
[-f <string>: <output filename>]
[-n <int >: <# of events>]
[-s <string>: <settings file> (specify file with the settings)]
[-v : start visualization]
[-c : use visualization cut]
[-i : interactive mode]
