The Single-cell section has no spatial transcriptomics coverage yet, so this adds a
Spatial transcriptomicssub-topic alongside the existingDNA-seqandATAC-seqbullets, with three tools that predict or analyse spatially resolved expression.DeepSpot-M (medRxiv) and DeepSpot (medRxiv) predict spatial expression from H&E histology at transcriptome-wide and spot/single-cell resolution respectively; AESTETIK (Bioinformatics 2026) learns multi-modal spot representations for spatial domain identification.
All three are pip-installable and use only GitHub links, so the lychee link check should stay green. Happy to reshuffle the placement if you would rather they sit elsewhere.
