Update Autolink to library packages - #4

Summary

• Switch native Autolink templates from extension package names to library package names.
• Update Android and iOS native Autolink versions to 4.0.0-nightly.202605290633.50.g83209393.
• Generate lynx.lib.json for extension packages and use @lynx-js/autolink-codegen@0.2.0 directly.
• Update standalone scaffold guidance to create-lynx-library@0.2.0 and remove the temporary codegen manifest bridge.

• Generated a sample Android+iOS extension and verified package metadata plus direct pnpm run codegen with @lynx-js/autolink-codegen@0.2.0.
