changing sub version naming scheme

Number of dumps was estimated one too large

 * Usage of floor()+1 makes more sense than ceiling()+1
 * This fixes the issue with the kernel wavefields being shifted in time weirdly. The bug was introduced in commit 4fdc3be

Merge branch 'master' into release_1.1

Pull intermediate updates of master branch into release branch. In case that should ever be released, it might be useful to have the latest version.
