This is version 0.7.1.

Conflict from artifacts won't cause hunger. (This doesn't affect any
current artifacts - Insanity's Edge and Sceptre of Might were already
covered.)

Updated the changelog and the readme.

+ minor changes to some maps (mostly just aesthetics)

+ incremented version number to v0.7
