Urgent Windows patch release: tray left-click now shows the main window,
"Show Window" works (a window closed to the tray was previously
unrecoverable on Windows), the tray menu no longer shows frozen
connection state (#30); the installer/uninstaller kill running
app+helper instances before touching files so in-place upgrades stop
failing with "Error opening file for writing" (#29 — effective from the
0.4.2 installer onward).
