Open Run Agentic Pay — hackathon submission state

This tag marks the commit that judges saw when submission closed on
2026-04-17. Everything after this is post-hackathon work:

- async-broadcast-pipeline: Redis queue + peck-broadcaster integration
- wallet-adapter-refactor: full BRC-100 refactor via bitcoin-agent-wallet,
  removes signing_key/spend_utxo from all tool schemas, adds peck-mcp as
  local stdio CLI, PeerPay live WS, peck_request_payment + peck_send_payment
