理由
中小企業による事業承継の円滑化を図るため、信用保証協会による保証について経営者の個人保証を求めない保証の創設、経営力向上計画及び地域経済牽引事業計画における事業承継支援並びに代表者交代に伴う事業承継に関する支援体制の整備等の措置を講ずる必要がある。これが、この法律案を提出する理由である。
