chore: bump workspace version to 0.1.1 and fix CLI arg handling

- update workspace package version from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 in Cargo.toml
- refactor main.rs to pass Cli reference instead of parsed PipelineArgs directly
- fix references to cli struct fields instead of outdated PipelineArgs
