This distribution contain one program:

	* LINNAEUS, an entity recognition and normalization tagger

	The software can be run from its .jar files contained in the /bin folder, and is explained, with small examples, in guide files in the doc/ folder.

The source code for the software and its accompanying javadoc documentation is included. In order to compile the software, a few libraries (included) are also needed.
