scay v0.2.1 — the octopus takes shape

The CLI banner now shows the website's four-row block-art octopus, with
session details (version, provider · model, effort) beside the shape and
per-row colour wrapping. A failed agent build turns the octopus red; the
working directory moves to a dim line under the banner.

scay v0.2.0 — one binary, everything in-session

Everything now happens inside the interactive session (/auth, /model, /mcp,
/compact); the only subcommands are yolo and update. OpenAI uses the
Responses API with an experimental ChatGPT subscription login. This release
also lands a full pre-release audit: enforced read-before-edit, contained
bash (process groups + bounded output drain), diff-visible write approvals,
checksum-verified self-update, MCP hardening, and provider wire fixes.

Mascot: replace the animated cat with a still green block-art octopus

The octopus is five CP437 block characters wide, sits still by design,
and turns amber while a tool approval is pending. README, OVERVIEW, and
ROADMAP updated; ROADMAP records the v0.1.0 release verification and
defers the cloud-provider live checks until real keys are available.
