A calculator which takes inputs from users on how much they pay or think they should pay a domestic worker and tells them more about what that amount means to the lives of a domestic worker's household. Accessible at https://livingwage.pd.co.ke/
The Calorie Intake Calculator calculates daily caloric needs based on user inputs like age, gender, weight, height, and activity level. It computes deficit, maintenance, and surplus calories using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Users receive personalized diet plans and can download them, helping them achieve weight loss, maintenance, or gain goals.
