PDK 1.14 updates

This commit updates the module to the latest PDK (1.14) by applying the results
of a `pdk convert` run to the repository.

Bump version to 1.0.0

Convert to metadata.json, bump version to 0.1.0

This commit removes the deprecated `Modulefile` method of defining data
for releasing on the Puppet Forge. A new file containing the relevant
data, `metadata.json` has been added and properly filled out with all
required information.

The version was bumped to 0.1.0 for a new release.
