- Add is_evoskills_repo() detection to identify evoskills project itself
- Skip AGENTS.md auto-generation when running on evoskills (not on external projects)
- Update cmd_init, cmd_install, cmd_remove, cmd_update to use protection logic
- Preserve user customizations to AGENTS.md in evoskills repository
- Update README with architecture documentation about framework file management
- Update test suite to be version-agnostic
