Directories: SingleInfection # Two A.thaliana genotypes undergone infections by a single, virulent P. viridiflava strain, time course sampling of bacterial load, rosette fresh weight, and RNA samples Phenotype #source data and scripts for trends in bacterial load and rosette size RNAseq #scripts for RNAseq analysis SynComInfection # A single A.thaliana genotype undergone infections by three different SynComs.
