- Beautiful is non-negotiable. Every screen should pull its weight.
- Security at v1, not v100. OWASP defaults, not afterthoughts.
- Ship small, ship often. Weekly demos beat quarterly reveals every time.
- TypeScript end-to-end. One language, schema-first, zero context-switching tax.
- Own the stack. Postgres to CDN, design system to deploy pipeline.
