The CHANGELOG gains the [1.7.0] section (everything since 1.6.0 was
cut: the earned-day and push-ladder arc, the temporal muscle model,
sensor staleness, the injury lifecycle, nutrition confidence, and this
round's repo/prompt/scheduler work) and the version bumps to 1.7.0.

Review findings closed before the tag: the round's changelog entry
catches up with all the commits it describes (the scheduler durability
fix and antigravity structured output were recorded nowhere greppable);
a fresh install booted after 3am no longer runs the whole nightly
learning pass a minute after first paint (seedMemorySlotOnFreshInstall
— an upgraded database keeps its catch-up, with a test for both
halves); lab-document extraction is listed on the needs-an-agent side
of both capability tables, where it has always actually lived; and the
goal-target rule stops printing its TARGETS: heading into the middle
of a chat-prompt sentence.
