This is polymer modelling software. It was developed with the intention of building the chromatin domain structures but can be used for more general applications. It is based on the OpenMM engine.

There is version with website interface: https://spring-model.cent.uw.edu.pl/ however it has some limitations. For the top flexibility you need to set up you own stand-alone version from this repository.
