First public alpha. Vulkan 1.1 Blaze3D backend for Minecraft 26.2 / NeoForge
26.2.0.32-beta, with compatibility fallbacks for devices without dynamic
rendering, push descriptors, multi-draw indirect, non-solid fill mode, or
vertex attribute divisors. Includes Sodium 0.9.1 Vulkan terrain path and
Distant Horizons compatibility.

Verified on desktop (NVIDIA, full extension set) and ARM64 Android
(Mali-G77, VK_KHR_swapchain baseline).
