Description
As talked in #1243
This is a little pr to make ports configurable via environment variables. I deployed a test instance on this branch and it woks well!
I'd be grateful for a review :D
NB: I run Overleaf on a bare-metal environment (via https://github.com/yunohost-apps/overleaf_ynh) so I'm not sure something has to be done on Docker.
