feat(settings): add language options and complete string extraction

- Added language selection and layout improvements to appearance settings.
- Extracted the remaining 294 hardcoded user-facing strings into the catalog, so the CI ceiling is back at zero and every screen is translatable.
- Renamed "rooms" to "channels" across keys, copy and comments, finishing a rename that had only been half applied.
- Reordered the catalog by screen and added a terminal-punctuation check to catalog.test.ts.
- Fixed i18n-audit to read the TypeScript AST, so wrapped JSX text and template literals are no longer missed, and so a key named only in a comment no longer counts as used.
- Removed 16 unreferenced keys, dropped the private-groups skill, and renamed the remaining skill files.
