Bump tool versions: flux 2.9.3, go 1.26.5, helm 4.2.3, k9s 0.51.0,
kind 0.32.0, kubelogin 0.2.19, kubeseal 0.38.4, operator-sdk 1.42.3,
skaffold 2.24.0, terraform 1.15.8.

Pin kubectl to 1.32.3 with SHA256 verification replacing dynamic
stable.txt resolution. Fix kubelogin flag from -l azure to -l azurecli
and description to Microsoft Entra.

Fix doc discrepancies: kubeseal controller URL, nginx-ingress version
conflicts, pin NGINX Ingress to controller-v1.15.1 in cluster scripts,
pin pyyaml to >=6.0 in Pipfile.
