  • 🏠 Ambient intelligence for the home — memory-backed agents, voice/vision pipelines, Home Assistant integration
  • 🧠 Semantic + time-series memory layers for AI abilities (SQLite/Ollama, no API keys)
  • 🤖 Physical AI experiments — spatial capture → Gaussian splats → robotics simulation

Approach: own every line where possible, minimal dependencies, self-hosted over SaaS.
