Adds AGENTS.md (full agent rules) and CLAUDE.md (one-line pointer to AGENTS.md) at repo root.
CLAUDE.md is intentionally a redirector containing only the text
AGENTS.md. Claude Code reads it as a pointer to the canonical agent docs, so the content is not duplicated.This repo had no agent guide. Adding it lets future autonomous maintenance (Dependabot triage, README freshness, 450-line rule enforcement) follow consistent rules across the personal-agent fleet.
