chore: turn Renovate off and point CI at main

Renovate was configured against the Laravel 7 tree and had spent years opening
pull requests for that dependency graph. Thirteen were still open, every one of
them for a package this repository no longer contains — the branches are deleted
and this stops more arriving.

The config file cannot uninstall the app, only disable it, so the app itself
still needs removing under the repository's GitHub settings. Turning Renovate
back on later means deleting `enabled` and letting it re-onboard against the
current backend/ and frontend/ manifests.

CI's push trigger followed the default branch rename from master to main.
