Hi there,

My name is Jackie Gan, a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase.

As a kid, I always enjoyed building legos, disassembling and reassembling parts to see the pattern in things. When I became a software engineer, I realized that we can reuse patterns to solve a similar business problem.

In my day to day job, I work on building batch Python ETL pipelines and AWS infrastructure for ML. I am also expanding my knowledge in backend engineering with streaming and event driven architecture. So I decided to learn golang in my free time.
