Whenever you submit a PR to this repository, you are asked by the CLA assistant to accept the Contributor License Agreement. Your contributions will be considered only after you consent to the agreement.
In short, the CLA gives the right to me to use the code that you submit to this repository freely. Why to me? Show Off is not a legal entity yet, and cannot enter into agreements with other parties. It also states that the work you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.
