Adds ADR Discovery as a fifth capability: finding which AI tools are present on an endpoint, as distinct from collecting telemetry from the tools already known to be there. Marked as not included in the current open-source release, consistent with how ADR Prevention is listed.

Adds ADR Discovery as a fifth capability in the "How ADR secures enterprise AI agents" section.
The four existing capabilities all start from a known set of agents. Discovery covers the prior question — which AI tools are present on an endpoint at all, including ones installed outside managed channels that produce no telemetry of their own.
Marked as not included in the current open-source release, consistent with how ADR Prevention is already listed. Documentation only; two lines changed.
