Doremi Naisho is about a group of witch aprentices, that is introduced during the three first series, and their lives during a particular summer. Although this is a sequel to the third series and the prequel to the forth series, it is somewhat stand-alone. With this being said, let's move on:
ANIMATION
It has it's moments during the anime, but nothing spectacular. Once again, the lazyness of TOEI strikes yet another anime.
SOUND
With this being a witch show, there has to be a transformation scene, accompained by it's music, which is obviously repeated lots and lots of times. And I'm not talking only about the transformation music, but the spell one and the magical stage (when all witches combine their power to make a powerful spell) music. Besides this, nice musics along the anime. Intro is... common, while the ending is funny; none of them is memorable.
STORY
This anime doesn't follow a defined story, instead each episode has it's own story, each of them more beautiful than the last episode. These stories are far more serious and superior than their ancesters, so expect intensly emotional stories, especially in episode 12. Now that was one of the most brilliant episodes that I have ever seen in an anime.
CHARACTERS
What most amzes me in all Doremi series is how they manage to develop around 50 characters, or more, in a very good way, so expect lots of character development and very good characters.
VALUE
A definitely must-have for those who like sentimental stuff.
ENJOYMENT
I enjoyed it. A lot. It will make you laugh, cry, will surprise you, everything you can imagine.
This anime is worth having in your library, even if you didn't like it's ancesters. Believe me, it's worth the money.
