Bait n switch . Order a 50 the anniversary star wars pen, on I received was not pen picture, , was a very cheap pen, one I order was picture with a light saber and pne I received was completely different

as a follow up on the order i never received. after a month the vendor told me they were considering my purchase "lost" (no kidding) and that they would give me a $15.00 credit on my account (i paid them $29.++) which meant i am responsible for the shipping charge that wasn't delivered plus...a 10% credit on my next purchase (HAH). said, no i want a refund sent to the card i paid you with and your 10% credit was useless because i will not be buying anything from you again. got the $15.99 credit on my card yesterday.
while i am annoyed about the shipping fee i am paying but am tired of trying to explain to them that their shipping company screwed yp.

Order taken 3 weeks to arrive, so was late, tshirt poor quality, transfer is on the wrong way.

Decent quality products, but I was spammed DAILY for over two weeks about whether the shipment had arrived (and now getting DAILY emails telling me it arrived two weeks ago). Along with lots of spam advertising. I unsubscribed, but the madness continues....

Order took almost a month to arrive and half was delivered, WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. They don’t respond to customers for assistance at all

You were great taking the order US04713917 in July but here end of September and nothing, not even an email stating delay or anything.

Ordered a bag of my favorite football team. I was really excited! You took my money quickly. And sent me a horrendous bag! My heart broke. And when I told you I wanted a refund, it became a what felt like a scam. I sent emails and you kept sending back the same senseless emails. It took almost 2 weeks to get a response. I will never shop with you again and I will let anyone that hears me, to never shop with you!

Terrible I was expecting a garden gnome not a thin stick. The pictures they display on their website are very deseveing, they look like garden gnomes, but when it came it was a 2D stick. Very poor quality and definitely not worth £25.

Had a split order took a little longer but everything arrived and my wife was super happy

I ordered a mug which on the photo looked like the pictures (aeroplace instruments) were set into the mug giving it a three domentional look. On receipt it was just a normal flat surface with the instruments printed on the surface, nothing special and not worth £22. I have already contacted printerval about this but no response.

Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered 2 jerseys that claimed to be stitched. They were just printed. Biggest problem was the size. The 2xl was actually more like a 5xl. They had me send pictures with a tape measure and never corrected the issue. Trashed the jerseys

Great t shirt , fast delivery,no problems

Absolute scam. AI piloted customer service cannot resolve a simple issue. I ordered two flags, one blue one silver. Received two of same color. Customer service cannot resolve issue for over a month now, including processing a refund. Same emails received with same requests despite my prior compliance. I am out $20, frustrated but relieved not $200. Will never order through this site again. Recommend you avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent company I'm not the first they are taking money and not delivering do no buy anything i purchased a kid backpack on 8-20_26 never received it or my money back reached out to support they keep sending me the same message saying the items is on the way and give me tracking info that's not working there is no movement of the product they have a lot of complaints on the BBB I wish I would of looked there first before I ordered

Shocking company product ordered was very poor quality and took a month to arrive after paying for express shipping. Avoid at all costs as item pictures and descriptions are nothing like what arrives

I had ordered a shirt and it took a week to turn up.
I order a Tom Petty Special Funko which cost nearly £90 and I keep getting sent email confirmations for things I hadn't ordered. And I still have not had what I ordered months later.
I have emailed complaints and got a reply and they seemed helpful at the time. But then more 'wrong orders' emails have just kept coming and I am having to keep checking my bank account to see if they keep charging me for things that aren't mine.
I want my money back or the product I ordered, months ago, simple as that..
