Total scam alert: absolute parasites.Use TEMU instead

Save yourself the headache and buy on Temu instead.

My order never arrived, and support had the audacity to "refund" me with a €1 voucher that they intentionally let expire in the chat just to steal a single euro. They are completely broke. Their support is just a useless bot army, and their public replies to reviews are completely fake.

Don't fall for their PR smoke and mirrors: that support email they paste doesn't even exist. They are pure scammers.

Never again !!!

I vote 1 because 0 is not possible.

Now it's more than a month Aliexpress is kidding me.

I bought 3 SDD Drives discounted 70%, which were never delivered and tracking is frozen in the Netherlands since more than 13 days.

So, I ask for a refund, which has been rejected because for Aliexpress the good is on the way but nobody is able to tell me where the good is and when it is supposed to be delivered. They estimate now other 3 weeks to wait and the refund is expected to be approved only after this additional waiting time expires by October 15th (+ weeks to get the real money back) !!!

When, I bought the good the delivery date was estimated to happen until September 5th, then is was changed to September 9th, and now delivery time has been extended to October 15, without any certainty it will ever be delivered !!!

This, at my home is called "scam" !!!

Beyond that, I also bought a 8TB portable SSD Memory, which broke after 3 hours of use. And then I bought also 6 Zigbee Wireless Switch that once delivered revealed to be used material with some already broken.

3 type of goods bought.
1 type broken and used material.
1 type broke after 3 hours of use.
1 type never delivered.

I say, not worth buying any longer at Aliexpress or better, never again !!!!

BEWARE!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I did not even order from Aliexpress, only looked through their website. After doing so, they got hold of my paypal account and took money out of my bank account directly as an ACH payment. I had to close my bank account and create a new one as a result. PayPal did nothing and advised it was not unauthorized. Luckily it was a small amount, but probably testing to see if they could get away with it. BUYER BEWARE!

Inconsistent Refund Decision and Endless Evidence Requests, SCAM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️I am making a formal complaint about the way my refund/return case has been handled.

I have repeatedly provided evidence showing that the product is faulty. Previously, the evidence I provided, including photographs, was accepted as sufficient for AliExpress to offer me a refund. However, the proposed resolution required me to pay the return shipping costs, which I rejected because I had been told that I was entitled to a free return under the applicable terms and conditions.

Afterwards, I asked for the previous resolution to be reinstated so that I could return the item myself, even if necessary, and now I am suddenly being asked to provide additional evidence, including videos, despite the fact that my photographs had previously been considered sufficient for a refund proposal.

This is completely inconsistent. If the evidence was sufficient to offer me a refund before, I want a clear explanation of why it is suddenly considered insufficient now.

The situation has become ridiculous. It feels as though every time I provide the requested evidence, another requirement appears. At this rate, you might as well ask me to provide a video from the Moon proving that the product does not work, and then, when I provide that, ask me for another video from Jupiter.

Obviously, I am using these examples to highlight how unreasonable and endless the evidence requirements have become. I cannot keep providing increasingly specific or unrealistic videos simply because the requirements for evidence keep changing.

What is particularly concerning is that you previously considered my photographs sufficient to propose a refund. Why were those photographs acceptable then but suddenly not acceptable now? What has changed? I expect a clear explanation.

I also want to point out that I was previously told that I should have one free return, and this is stated in the applicable terms and conditions. I therefore do not understand why I was initially offered a resolution requiring me to pay the return shipping costs.

I am asking AliExpress to:

1. Review the complete history of this dispute and the previous refund proposal.
2. Explain why the evidence previously accepted as sufficient is now being rejected.
3. Explain why I was offered a refund previously but required to pay return shipping costs if I was entitled to a free return.
4. Confirm the exact terms and conditions that apply to my order regarding Free Return.
5. Reinstate the appropriate refund/return solution without imposing requirements that were not previously required.
6. Provide a clear and final resolution rather than repeatedly requesting new evidence without properly explaining why the previous evidence is inadequate.

I paid for a product that is faulty. I have provided evidence of the problem and I expect AliExpress to handle the dispute consistently and in accordance with the terms applicable to my purchase.

Please do not respond with another generic message saying that you are “sorry” and will “help,” only to provide another request for additional evidence.

I am asking for a substantive explanation of the contradictory decisions in my case and a concrete resolution.

If AliExpress maintains that I am not entitled to a free return or refund, please state the specific contractual term that you are relying on and explain exactly why it applies to my order.

I expect this complaint to be properly reviewed by someone who has considered the entire history of the case, rather than simply closed with another request for additional evidence.

At this point, I simply want a fair resolution to a straightforward problem: I received a faulty product, I provided evidence, and I want the refund/return process to be handled consistently and fairly.

Package not received - still no refund

The item I ordered and paid for was sent to the wrong person through a fault in the AliExpress-app/system. The package was never received, still my refund requests and appeals were declined. The customer service is only runned by robots, so there is no way to get in contact with a sane person. Stay away from AliExpress, it cannot be trusted.

Product was broken upon receipt, unreasonable return process

Product was broken upon receipt. Aliexpress is asking for inordinate proof including “A complete unboxing video showing that the problem existed upon receipt of the item. The video must include:
·The package label clearly visible.
·A full view of the intact, unopened package.
·If there are two layers of labels, the bottom label underneath must be shown after removing the top layer.
·The recording time.
·A detailed and clear recording of the specific issue, ensuring smooth playback without lagging, frame dropping, or editing.” Who takes a video when opening a package assuming the contents will be broken?

Critical Database Bug Banned My Elite Account — Support Only Sends Useless Automated Replies

I am leaving this public review because the automated customer service loop at AliExpress is failing to read my problem. My Elite buyer account is completely frozen and blocked from ordering due to an internal system database mismatch. The exact technical bug Order ID at root of glitch is 8213377316097987 . I'm having an active restriction ,Violation ID 200679118671 and is stuck as "ACTIVE" on my profile. The Issue is that my return successfully passed warehouse inspection on September 8th, and the refund was safely completed I am NOT complaining about a refund and never opened dispute regarding this issue, the refund is fine. However, your anti-fraud security algorithm later glitched, applying a false Violation ID 200679118671 to my profile.Every time I contact customer service, an unhelpful automated bot or untrained email representative checks the order history, sees that the refund is processed, and sends me a template saying "Your account is normal, refund is okay." They completely miss that my buying permissions are frozen because of the active penalty flag without having done something wrong . I've just tried to place two new orders, and both were instantly blocked by this glitch.
Do not send me an automated reply telling me the refund is settled. I need an Account Supervisor or Technical Specialist to look at Violation ID 200679118671 and manually delete this false flag from my profile database so my account is restored. I can provide more details regarding my account on a safe manner to share my details if someone will really be kind to help me in this situation as a very old customer

Under no circumstances should you trade with these criminals. The entire site is populated with fraudsters and con-artists. I had my credit card hacked by one of these traders and $3500 worth of Chinese airline tickets charged to it. Just recently another one of their low-life traders screwed me out of a battery that I had paid for. The worst trading site on the planet.

Absolute stupidity!

In my experience most sellers and items on Ali Express are generally okish - you get what you pay for.
But recently I had a ridiculous experience:
A Racing Car brick set was purchased. One piece (of 2000) was broken and we had to use a piece from an existing set to complete. Not too big a deal....I have since spent 1-2 hours in text chats to various at Ali Express - simply asking for a little partial refund to cover the cost of getting a replacement part (I sent photos too). I've "spoken" to 5-10 different people (some will be bots no doubt) over the last couple of weeks to try to find a common-sense solution, but each time I've been told to disassemble the entire build and send it back for a full refund. Seriously? The build is ok - because we robbed ONE part from another build. At no stage did I ask for a full refund - only a couple of bucks to source and ship the ONE replacement part. It's been like talking to very polite brick wall and wasted so much of my time. I only kept communicating with them all in the end, to see if I could actually get anyone to understand and actually provide a sensible solution. Clearly not!!! Unbelievably poor and robotic. No common sense and no solution.

Despite my countless requests

Despite my countless requests, they have done absolutely nothing to help me. Their grand solution? I am expected to spend a fortune out of my own pocket to get the defect officially verified, just so they can maybe decide whether or not to cover the damages.
This corporate policy is downright crooked. It is the exact behavior of shameless thieves and con artists. A minimum one-year warranty is a basic consumer right everywhere else in the world, but obviously not for AliExpress. They proudly defend their title as the absolute worst marketplace in existence—a complete dumpster fire of scammers, an utterly useless customer service team, and massive frauds.
You are the absolute worst of the worst, the true bottom of the barrel.

Debs dress nightmare

I bought a Debs dress for my daughter from Maria Girl Dress Store, on Ali Express. Because of different sizing to EU/UK, we used their size guide to get the correct measurements. I measured my daughters shoulders, chest, tummy area, hips with a seamstress tape measure. I ordered the size that would fit my daughter in accordance with the measurements on the website. The dress arrived and its 2 sizes too big. I immediately asked to return it for a refund. Ali Express told me to speak directly with the seller. The seller refused to take the dress back. First she said it was a customs issue. Then she said it wasn't their fault the dress didn't fit and that I measured incorrectly. I repeatedly asked to return for a refund but they refused to give a return address. I escalated this to Ali Express and they told me not to worry, that they would help me. Instead of helping they closed the complaint and said it was my fault for not returning the dress!! I explained the seller wouldn't give me a return address. They escalated the issue a few times but every time, after a day or so, they closed the case. I escalated the issue again this week and Ali Express have said they need me to show them proof that I measured my daughter, they are saying the dress is too big because I ordered incorrectly! I cannot send a photo or video of my taking my daughters measurements in her underwear!! How am I supposed to prove I measured her before ordering to make sure we got the right size. This dress cost €127 and they are refusing to process a refund or return. This cannot be allowed surely? My consumer rights have been ignored. The product is not as described and is wag too big so I want a refund. I have been trying to return this dress since 5th August with no joy. I just want my money back.
