Easy to use, relevant searches

Easy to use platform, relevant search filters, wide reach of agencies and properties, daily suggestions were helpful, easy cancellation service once you find a property. Once I signed up for the subscription I found a house within a week.

hi. nice and good communication. could be more efficient if have other languages. you know a lot of people from other countries are looking for house in NL. and your website only in Dutch,....

Subscription SCAM

Absolutely made to scam you in subscription method. Cancelled once but failed and I was 3 months thinking it was cancelled. Didnt use their service 0 activity in their website and 0 attempts to communicate with me through support.
Stay away from this website!!!
Much better safer honest options.
Note: Even with reply no options to get in contact with them, system is made to charge fees, worth to pay if this review keeps others from using the website

Beware

Same here: unsubscribed on time, received my confirmation a few days later, didn’t pay attention because of all the moving stress, used the whole website to have a single conversation (didn’t work out btw) and now receiving their scary emails “pay us or else…”
Ugly rip off.
I hope you will enjoy my €30 much more than I enjoyed your service.

It's unfortunate to read that this is your experience. Indeed, we see that you unsubscribed a few days after the two-week trial period ended. For this reason, a subscription extension took place.

Instead of calling after the payment was processed, it was unfortunately chosen to reverse the transaction. This results in an outstanding invoice, and in the final reminder, we inform you that it will otherwise be transferred to a collection agency; we want to be transparent about this.

In this case, we always recommend contacting us at the time of the debit so we can address it properly. Unfortunately, we cannot make any goodwill arrangements after the last reminder has been sent.

Great service!

Great service!
Contacting the landlords was much easier than on other platforms, I was offered several viewings and there is a lot on offer.
Whenever I need to rent another apartment I will register again.

Some of the advertisements are directly…

Some of the advertisements are directly from other rental service, which needed another extra pay to contact to the landlord. But still some of them are directly from landlord, and that's how I get my place.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam.

They advertise a 14-day free trial but then automatically charge payment afterwards. If your payment failed they hire a debt collector that will harass you until you pay for the service you never used.

Do yourself a favor and use funda.nl

They are the worst bunch of thieves I…

They are the worst bunch of thieves I have come across, they promised to have housing offers and make you pay premium and later you have to realize by yourself they not only not have any housing offer for rent but also they do not provide you with any service. Pararius without the premium account does the same service for free. They do not contact you about complaints or questions on your process, they do now allow you to contact the landlords to have a face to face meeting or an email and they do not reply to emails when their website is down. On top of that, they hire payment companies to harass you on paying premium accounts without responding to your questions.
As a matter of fact, I wrote 3 emails complaining about their payment harassment and requesting a response on their side, and they did not respond any of those emails, but here in trustpilot an excuse emerged immediately after writing my review to keep their image clean. How about you respond to your emails? Your payment company was sending threats to me.

Whatever the problem is, Client Services will really help you!solve it!

I had a problem related with my subscription due to lack of Dutch language knowledge from my side. Dynisia, the support operator, helped me to solve it incredibly quickly!

Expired listings, ineffective service.

I was very dissatisfied with the service in the two week notice period. All the proposed adverts are expired and not enough new announcements are posted. Website is not nice to use due to the amount of expired or non relevant listings.

I’ve used much better services in the Netherlands which do the same much more effectively.

Additionally, when I tried to cancel within the notice period, I was not correctly unsubscribed (or was resubscribed afterwards, as I have seen other reviews claim) and was then forced to pay the monthly fee even though the fault lay at their side. The customer service were unhelpful and were unwilling to help with the issue.

I still want the refund.

However, because the responsibility for keeping listings up-to-date partly lies with real estate agents and landlords, we do not have complete control over this. Nevertheless, we are the only housing platform in the Netherlands that takes extensive measures to keep our listings current. We verify daily the listings posted by agents and private landlords, as well as the indexed listings nationwide.

If you are not satisfied with our services, you can cancel your subscription within the extensive 14-day trial period. However, this is your responsibility. Unfortunately, we do not see any previous request or contact from you based on your details.

Rest assured, no further charges will be made.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Nobody ever responded to any of my messages. Some of the apartments I reacted 3 or 4x within few days.. 1month later, the same apartment is still promoted there. They take your money for the monthly subscription and can't be even reached by a phone. The automatic call robot tells you to send email. I Don't understand all the other positive reviews here.

We try to encourage landlords as much as possible to let us know. However, we cannot guarantee that an estate agent or landlord will respond to every message. We advise you to send another (detailed) message as a reminder. If the telephone number is mentioned in the advertisement, we always recommend contacting them by phone.

Estate agents and landlords often receive many reactions to a property. Make sure you clearly state in your message what information you are looking for. If you want to schedule a viewing, give us your details. For example, give details about who you plan to live with and how much you earn. This way, estate agents and landlords can immediately see whether you are eligible for a viewing.

If you would like to speak to our customer service, we have indeed a choice menu that allows us to help you better and you always have the choice to speak to us. Taking a property offline is up to the estate agent or landlord. So you can assume that no tenant has yet been found for this property.

Made a hellish experience barable!

HouseHunting in the Netherlands is HELL, but Huurwoningen made life slightly easier! It took me a 40 days to find a house... not the ideal (dream house though) but a house nonetheless!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT USE!

Absolute scam! Besides the useless catalog, They charge an absurd fee for a useless service, I used my right of refusal in the 14-day window, they issue a refund themselves, and then send debt collectors over with even more exorbitant fees to collect more money, when they could have simply denied the refund if they wanted to earlier? Why do the absolute worst? Would give them 0 if possible. DO NOT USE THEM.

The first 14 days nothing is collected, after the 2 weeks a collection takes place that renews itself monthly. In addition, our website consists of offers from estate agents and extensively checked homeowners, this is why I don't understand your comment regarding a catalogue.
