If i had read these reviews first... The quality was terrible, the material is comparable to Temu Shein(plastic). Not to mention the price being too high for this plastic trash bag you call a outfit!

How do we get our money back because this is not right. How are they able to get away with stealing people money and they have a 30 day policy. I am going instagram and blowing this out of the water. The clothes or shoes look like crap and I want my money back ASAP

If it's less than one star, I would do that. They have poor quality, and if you want to return, then you have to pay international shipping DONT BUY ANYTHING OF BAD QUALITY

The quality of the dress I ordered is very poor. In the picture on Pinterest and their website it looks thick and substantial. The item that arrived was thin, flimsy and see through and felt very cheap. The dress was described as linen which is why I bought it. There is no label on the dress that says what the fabric is but I would be astonished if it is linen. It feels like cheap polyester. When I looked at how to return it, I saw on their website that I had to send it to China and pay the postage! I emailed them and they took some days to get back to me saying they would review the reason. There was no return button within the delivery email. When they emailed again they said I could choose something else from their site and keep the original item but I would have to pay for postage of the second item. I don’t want the first item because it’s horrible so why would I order something else and pay them to send that as well? No, Barbara Dever you’re not getting a dime more from me! Also on my bank transaction it said Barbara Dever New York. Misleading and stinks of scam. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!!!

Nothing but high priced junk from China. Don’t waste your money.

What a rip off. I bought three outfits and two pair of shoes. Despite one dress never arriving, the other products came late (it was intended for a memorial), were too big, and were not the quality portrayed in the photos. It was cheap, one-time wear apparrel. I wanted to return, and their return policy was giving me 15% off another order.

I ORDERED .A BEAUTIFUL Grey set in XL as I figutered it would run small. It came equal to a size 10! I emailed for a return and refund, and they said to order something else and keep the original. Quality was not bad, but sizing was super small.

The quality and look of the Jeans is awesome. The top is very stiff, could be softer. The top would function better would be better with a slit in the back’. Which I will do myself. And it took over a 1&1/2weeks for it to get to me

Buyer beware. The return policy is extremely unfavorable to customers. To return an item, I was required to ship it back to China, and the return shipping cost was nearly 50% of what I paid for the product. The alternatives offered were only a 15% refund or 25% store credit, neither of which adequately addressed the issue. I would not have purchased had I known how difficult and expensive the return process would be.

This doesn’t deserve one star! I ordered a sweater vest that appears all over Pinterest and FB for my daughter. After waiting weeks for it to arrive, I finally received the order. The vest was NOTHING like the one advertised. Cheap,cheap,cheap! Awful, poor quality, ugly material. I wouldn’t put this vest on my dog. She has a lot more class!!! I’m putting it in the giveaway box. I don’t even want to bother with trying to return it. Other reviewers say it’s a headache.

I'm reporting them to the FTC and if enough others will do the same maybe they can be shut down. It is a huge SCAM and they have a lot of these little shops by different names but they all sell the same things and are owned by the same THIEF!!! Please complain to the Ftc and all other consumer protection agencies. They need to be shut down and you may be able to recover some of your money.

Totally misrepresenting Return Policy. As stated in previous comments , the garments are not of any quality worth ordering; the wrong colors were shipped in addition to the misrepresented ‘linen shirt’ (NOT!) , had obvious material damages. Their return policy, as stated is worthless BUT looks good on paper. They should not be allowed to solicit their bogus merchandise.

The item I ordered was nothing like it was described. The workmanship was shoddy, the fit 2 sizes smaller and the fabric, described as 100% cotton was not, according to opinions from two fabric specialists.

The "customer service" ....ha! The return policy did not include the fact that if you want a full
refund, you pay shipping, duty, tariffs and any other fees to mail it back to China, hence negating any monies you might receive as a refund. I had to "negotiate" to get a 30% refund, as opposed to a their original offer of 15%.

They are quick to offer an exchange, but my guess is the new item may be just as unacceptable.

Terrible Chinese company, terrible product. Lovely website.. makes one think they make one product for photos and sloppy to sell.

If I could rate this company negative to infinity, I would. I was charged and never received product! They rarely respond and act like my address was wrong and will not return my $.
I am having to dispute with bank for my credit card . Do not buy! Appears to be a scam!

The item was cheap, ugly, and the fabric horrible

I was super disappointed with the outfits I bought. Trying to return anything is very challenging even though it says “easy returns” it’s not. They take forever to respond to my emails. I am still trying to return them. Also, it took almost 2 weeks to get my order, so don’t expect it quickly. It says they are in Boston, but they aren’t.

easy order entry, the jacket is very nice and as represented in the photo's. Fit is true to size.

I totally agree with previous reviews. Do wish I had reviewed first. This “boutique “ is a fraud. Images are totally deceptive. Products are cheap flimsy and such poor quality. Returns are also impossible. This whole operation is a scam. They promised me an option for a return and then went back on it. A total waste of my money!

There weren't any reviews to help with my research. The fabric was not listed. The blouses I ordered were mostly polyester, which is not a cool fabric. It took a month to be delivered.
