Ingredients
Dough
1 cup all purpose flour, (plain flour, maida)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
About 1/3 cup lukewarm water
Filling
1/2 cup chana dal, available in Indian grocery stores
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fennel seed powder, (saunf)
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, adjust to taste
1/8 teaspoon asafetida (hing)
Also Need
1/4 cup all purpose flour, for rolling
2 tablespoons oil for cooking paratha

Khadija Siddiqui on Instagram: "Tandoori Paratha In Air Fryer   Ingredients: 3 cups plain all purpose flour  1-1/2 tsp baking powder  3 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp yogurt  Knead a soft dough with warm water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Once rested, drizzle 1 tbsp oil on it and knead again. Mix 1/4 cup butter with 2 tbsp oil to brush on the dough when making parathas.  Roll out the dough, brush the butter and oil mix. Fold it and make paratha. Brush some yogurt on it , add some minced garlic and chopped coriander.  Preheat your air fryer at it's highest temperature for 5 minutes. Air fry at 200ºC for 5-6 minutes.
