Ich möchte hier auf Floccus von @marcelklehr hinweisen.
Floccus synchronisiert Lesezeichen über Anwendungs- und Betriebssystemgrenzen hinweg und steht als Erweiterung für die meisten Browser zur Verfügung.
Praktisch, wenn man sich mal wieder nicht für einen bestimmten Browser entscheiden kann…

Morgen ackere ich mich durch #Onedrive und #GoogleDrive Alternativen. Betriebssysteme stehen erst in der 2. Jahreshaelfte an.... ich probiere gerade so viel aus (z.Zt. @pop_os_official ) und das liegt u.a. daran, weil #Microsoft #Windows zerstoert hat 👇
Wenn wir in #Europa endlich unabhängig von #USA und #China werden wollen, müssen wir an sehr vielem arbeiten. Und das muss gestartet werden. Jetzt!
Ich lese immer sehr viel von digitaler Unabhängigkeit. Bei Messengern weg von #WhatsApp. Beim Betriebssystem hin zu #Linux. #Libreoffice statt #MsOffice. Hin zu #Nextcloud und damit weg von #GoogleDrive, #iCloud, #Dropbox, #OneDrive & Co.
Bei Finanz lese ich aber immer nur #Wero statt #Paypal. Und da klemmt es schon. Wero ist unnötig kompliziert gemacht. Damit die Einstiegsschwelle hoch. Warum zum Teufel muss meine Bank es anbieten. Bei PayPal ist die Bank auch scheißegal.
Und worüber niemand spricht: Schaffen einer europäischen Alternative zu #Visa, #Mastercard, #AmericanExpress. Da müssen wir auch ran.

Guess what, #Nextcloud? #OneDrive has a "Copy Link" in the file context menu. And guess what? They also open a dialog, like with whom to share, for editing or for viewing, but this dialog is fully accessible. Webbish, yes (I would prefer a native Windows API one), but fully accessible.
And guess what even more? #GoogleDrive also has "Copy Link" in their context menu. Aren't they secure enough? I don't know. But they are *convenient*. And *accessible*.
UPD. this post was inspired by my struggles with sharing Nextcloud links and by this ongoing discussion. TL;DR: The option was there, it worked like a charm, but then it was removed because of "security".

A Developer Accidentally Found #CSAM in #AI Data. #Google #Banned Him For It
Google suspended a mobile app developer’s accts after he uploaded AI #training data to his #GoogleDrive. Unbeknownst to him, the widely used dataset, which is cited in a number of academic papers & distributed via an #academic file sharing site, contained child #sexualAbuse material. The developer reported the dataset to a child safety org, which eventually resulted in the dataset’s removal
