Their shirts are fantastic, but their customer service is very bad in order that I had placed it should’ve been here within a week is going to be on a week and a half before I receive it. I can’t get a hold of anybody. Nobody can give me an answer. I keep talking with the AI all they keep telling me they will communicate you with email. I never receive an email. Makes me wonder when I finally officially get my store going if this is what my customers were have to deal with with orders that are late or incorrectly. If I can’t get a hold of them, how do I know my customers will

The platform was a great place to sell print-on-demand merch for creators until they inplemented a "create merch directly through ChatGPT" and added an AI assistant to the dashboard that was opt-out (as in, it was turned on by default and you had to dig through options to turn it off).

GenAI and LLMs are the worst thing to come out of the modern internet. They steal from creatives and use so much power and water that they're literally destroying our planet and marginalized communities. Adding "automatic merch creation" was one of the most disrespectful things they could have done as a platform used by creators.

I absolutely LOVE Eli Valentin! Eli gets me in a no nonsense, straightforward, machine learning way. I grew up in the manual typewriter pre-Xerox, retro retro days so with Eli my rabbit hole nightmare days are over. I would advise all you young people out there to do as much if the backend work as you can by yourself and rely on Eli for the more tech parts and solutions because it can help you ask better questions, save you time, and have more fun interacting with the design aspect.

The Marketing Team at Fourthwall is also top notch and helped me too. They helped me determine best color codes to use in my digital collage on canvas creations that helped me define my digital palate for printing with the third-party printer, bringing me the confidence and clarity I needed to serve my customers with high quality art.

I've been setting up a new business, with designing branded products as a marketing edge and a smaller portion of income. The quality of the items I've been designing and ordering have exceeded my expectations. Setting up a page to sell these items has made the whole process fun and streamlined, being able to do all that in one place. And with them handling the payments and shipping, I'm free to focus on my main venture.

I’ve had a great experience having my website on Fourthwall. If I ever have an issue or question they are super quick to respond and help.

So far FW has been good. They did not offer expedited shipping at checkout (even for the seller to receive some inventory) BUT when I asked for help they expedited my order and got it shipped quickly. Good job!

I have been using Fourthwall for over a year now, and I have to say that I am VERY happy with this platform. They are supportive of unique art, and I feel like I can be expressive with my work without fear of being censored or cancelled.
The customer service is also top-notch! At one point, my hard drive was completely wiped out, and all of my work was lost. The customer service team was able to scrape all of my work from the back end and send me the files to download. It saved me thousands of dollars and hours of work if I were to have to download them one by one myself.
Choosing Fourthwall has been the best move for my business, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid business hosting platform!

After a great experience for a long time, they've now pivoted to using generative AI. I'm very dissapointed and have closed their store, as I do not want to associate with a company that does not value real human creativity.

I’m able to create the product I want with this site and the team is the best. They respond very quickly when I have concerns or customers contact them, and resolve issues easily. I feel I can create whatever I like with them.

We used Fourthwall to fulfill Backerkit rewards, and it was great. We created gift links for each backer, which allowed them to input their addresses and receive their items directly, without having to pay. The Fourthwall balance also let us use a company card without sharing our address information with every backer, which I appreciated for privacy reasons, as our credit card address and our public-facing address are different. Orders went out promptly, and customer service was the best I've ever had! (I emailed to ask about backerkit integration, and they passed it along to the product team to add to the roadmap.)

I just discovered fourthwall recently and it was so amazing like completely automated. It's best for the people who don't know much about POD. It's all in one pack. But the type of art i wanted to sell on tshirt needed AOP Oversized TShirt which sadly wasn't available. So i emailed the team and they say they can add it as it's available in their printing partner Printful's catalog. But it's been a week and still not added. They have so many amazing Tshirts , Shaka Wear etc. but Unfortunately, i don't think i can work on this platform due to unavailability of that one product 😭.

I have an ongoing relationship with Fourthwall as I am in the process of setting up a store. So far their customer support staff has been very attentive and accommodating to a couple requests I had regarding specific invoicing demands required for the government of the European country I'm based in, this is very beneficial to me as I am a small business. They have been very helpful, and my experience has been very good so far!

I wouldn't buy anything from this company.
Bad customer service

terrible shipping. ordered items and the label wasnt created until over a week after placing order. dogshit company

I had a super confusing issue getting my international payouts set up from Morocco, and my own custom domain was actually broken and bouncing all their emails.
Even with my tech issues, Daniel from their support team went above and beyond to manually set up exception forms for me, and then followed up again to help me get fully connected through Stripe.
Fast, patient, and genuinely helpful support. Excited to launch my merch here!
