Created and listed a product. Easy to use and follow. Really appreciate having Etsy linked to Printify, makes things seamless.

Easy to use and good support. Some support takes a long time for response and other times is rather speedy. Only thing I wish could change is that support often gives generic answers that we can already find ourselves instead of finding out the actual specific answer. Overall, I am satisfied!

We own a small boutique clothing business and split between production sources on a few different websites. Printify is a newer one that we have used, and I could not be more dissatisfied with the customer service and the speed of shipping.

The product quality is fine. Printify and Printful are basically the same, with Printify just offering a couple of options which were not available on Printful. Therefore, we use Printify and have had a few orders, all of which have taken three weeks from the time of purchase to when the order is delivered to the customer. This is completely uncompetitive with any kind of online marketplace shipping times.

When I contacted Printify about both orders, each time the agent on the phone simply gave me copy-paste corporate responses. They were like a commercial about how important customers are and how careful Printify is about making sure orders are correct, and all this nonsense.

The bottom line is this company absolutely has its head up its butt as far as knowing what customers want, and knowing what the shipping times for a product realistically should be for what customers expect in the modern era for something that is not a handmade gift. On top of that, this company should really think about customer service and making customers feel valued, as opposed to treating everyone like an AI bot.

Printify offers a vast selection of items along with this, its low prices and ease of use it is one of if not the best print on demand service out there

easy website to use and customer service is really good, had very few problems with printing and the couple i have had they have fixed quickly. wide range of products and quick ordering and delivering.

I love its simplicity and all of the product variations. The qualities are also very important.

love the POD part. 90% user friendly. mock up's do not transfer well. If i am using my store for mock up's and not printify and i find a typo or something i need to go in and fix i lose my mock up's in store. i find pricing to be high such as greeting cards and stickers. QA checks are not showing premium quality. Mug patterns do not allow for under the handle printable area. Lack of sellable products for me includes stationary tablets, journal way too expensive, spiral notebooks look cheap and are wat to expensive. wrapping paper print image is always larger on purchase than in thumbnail. also item 420327929261290357442634806139 never arrived

Printify is super easy to use and connects seamlessly with my Etsy and eBay stores. Designing is easy and fun. Thank you!

Very easy to use. I'm an older user and this is my first time using this kind of webpage, but I found it easy, and help's always available.

I love using Printify since the system is easy to follow and they package so nicey and deliver on time.

The flow work flow to publish my listings is the easiest thing I've done.

Easy to use. So far, high quality prints.

I enjoy how easy it is to design and publish. Very easy to navigate. I wish there were more shower curtain options though.

It's nice to know that I can rely on Printify to get the job done on my behalf. Having a quick turn around time (2 days) helps keep the customers happy, which is the main goal. Thank you for being my go to production partner.

I gave a review, a bad one about two weeks ago, and Printify responded, I assume using a Ai bot, (they use for Ai driven bot for all customer service" and gave me a canned response that said they would "look" in to my complaint and "reach out." It's been a week and I hear nothing but rickets.

Printify is single handedly DESTROYING MY WHOLE BUSINESS with nonsense that they can't even back up. AND are trying to scam me into making orders I don't need!!!!!

This is the second time in a matter of a few months that Printify is effecting my business negatively.

This time, I have an order that has come through Etsy, and now is on hold for a payment issue. Upon speaking with customer service they have no idea what the problem is and said they have to escalate it to a payment team and it will take one to three business days to resolve and if it is resolved my order will get processed.

(Orders have been processed on this card before without a problem)

I spoke with my credit card company, Printify has already processed the payment on my card. I have confirmed with my credit card company that there is no issue with my account and no fraud alert against Printify.

So now because this is an Etsy order Etsy needs to see that it is processed in a timely manner or it impacts my rating, hence impacts my business. As well I am about to launch a website today. Again this delay is going to delay that launch.

This is absolutely ridiculous!

The whole day has gone by, not a word from Printify. I just keep being told it's going to be one to three business days before somebody reaches out to me. Meanwhile my whole business is hanging in the balance including a launch that was supposed to happen today.

In order to save my reputation with Etsy I had to take this particular order elsewhere to have it rush processed which means I'm losing money.

And oddly enough, not one single person can tell me what the issue is.

Wow! just wow, and not in a good way.

As I had to move this order to another company to keep my customer happy and keep up my Etsy status, I deleted the order with Printify (Like any normal person would if they re-placed the order elsewhere).

Seeing that I have my whole website with over 100 products ready to launch using Printify, and don't want to further delay launching a business until I get everything moved over to another provider, I asked Printify support to confirm what the issue is so I know if I have to hire somebody to move all of my products to another provider or if I can continue to use Printify without a problem while I migrate everything over to another provider and still can publish my website. I was asked to make an order so they have something to look at. Excuse me what? So Printify already has my money for the first order and I will have to wait for the refund on that. The company I took that to has my money for the new order (no problem, that is the process). Now Printify wants me to do an order so they have something to look at. What kind of scam is this??????

Easy to use, great experience, products look amazing. VERY SATISFIED!

Navigation is relatively easy. Tools are extremely helpful. Integration is great. Products are decent quality.
