easy to use and good experience

As a total beginner and not-so-techsavy person my experience was pretty smooth...I'm still learning a lot from these apps and it's really great

I just started out and it's super easy to integrate the Printful products to my website!

Don’t ever use Printful. They let you design all over items but don’t actually print all over. Your design can look perfect but the actual one that arrives will have missing printed areas that are so noticeable it can’t be worn and they make excuses for their poor print job. I used the repetitive pattern tool but it didn’t repeat across the whole item. There was one big gap where the print should have been. They give you a small thumbnail to look at and based in it I went back to look at my design and my design didn’t have a gap so I figured the thumbnail was just wrong however the thumbnail of the repeat pattern that they provided had no gap only the mini hat did. How could a repeat pattern have a huge gap where it didn’t repeat smack dab in the center of the actual hat did…not possible except yes it didn’t repeat all over like the design page looked of the hat or the mockup of the repeat pattern before or after I made it. They are crooks. Do NOT Use THEM!!! $70 in the toilet! I spend tens of thousands of dollars a year on printed items and I will NEVER use them for anything ever again EVER! I had a customer who needed it for an event and now I have to refund him because I won’t make excuses like this company did. Disgusting.
*After escalating the issue they refunded me and admitted finally it was their error.

Ordered business cards that arrived postmarked from random print shop that's not Printful. Cards arrived misprinted which would have been caught if anyone took a a look at them before sending out. Customer service refused to reprint or a refund, so now I'm out of the money and have no business cards.

Fast and easy.

Awful communications... no accountability... delivery estimates are a continuous joke and customer service cannot be trusted to help. Customer service is disconnected from your product and shipping, which for us, was coming from Mexico. 4th attempt ordering t-shirts through Printful, and it will be the last. 4 times delivery estimate has come and gone. This time, they were waiting on 1 plain black large t-shirt, which held up our entire order. No communication, no apology, just never told us and never shipped. We had to ask customer service what was happening, then they split the order shipment - and still didn't ship! By the time they did ship, our event needing the t-shirts was over. 4 orders - for sets of issues - 4 failures. Done

The setup process is easy , and operable across different devices

The product quality and printing were good, and the platform was relatively easy to use.

The setup was quick and hassle-free. Linking Printful with Storenvy is very intuitive, and creating and syncing products and variants is effortless. I haven't received any live orders yet, but my first impressions of the interface and usability are great!

I find it really a shame and bad that there is no possibility of getting a refund at the price I paid for 3 t-shirts that we can't even wear. You can neither send them back nor receive others in line with expectations since you have to pay out of your own pocket again. They are just scammers whose site is incomprehensible and who do not even have compassion when you explain to them where the problem comes from. They are just there for the money so really RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Excellent print quality and seamless e-commerce integration!
I’ve been using Printful to fulfill custom apparel orders, and they have been fantastic to work with. The print quality is consistently sharp, the colors are vibrant, and the products feel high-quality right out of the box.

I have been emailing Printful for 5 months about an undelivered $1600 purchase of over 30 products which I ordered in May 2026.
Printful is only replying saying they won’t accept responsibility for failed delivery services. They emailed me explaining that according to their delivery“policy”it is the customers responsibility to ensure Printful successfully delivers their products to them. Printful is refusing to refund the purchase price of the undelivered products and also refusing to discuss alternative delivery options.
They take your money !!!
But - Don’t trust them to deliver!!!

good T-shirt quality

The prices and everything linked automatically and all I had to do was push a couple of buttons. So simple, and I will be able to connect a video to it almost as easily from what I understand. I am liking this much better than connecting products to other unnamed shops.

I loved how products are saved easily and created with ease with being experienced. Also uploaded on store without complications or error. Simple tweeks and finished

This was my second order from printful that went south. Incorrect garment sizing in the first order was manageable but with this recent order the prints on over 40 garments were crooked and too high on the back of the shirts and hoodies. On all the T shirts the print is approximately 3 degrees of rotation off which is very noticeable. Printful took 1.5 months to come back and say they are unable to do anything about it and I'm stuck with them. What a joke. My business will never order from printful ever again.
